Residential Property Management
Advertising, qualifying, and securing tenants; handling maintenance issues, collecting rent and forwarding proceeds; holding escrow and performing move-out inspections and reconciliations; providing annual statements and 1099s for tax purposes.
Commercial Property Management
​Lease analysis to determine tenant costs; collecting rent with annual reconciliations of triple net charges; basic bookkeeping with accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
Community Associations
Collecting dues, paying invoices, budgeting, monthly reports and reconciliations. We provide board treasurers relief from daily activities, then provide scheduled updates so that the board of directors always know what is going on financially.

Our prices are very competitive, and are based mostly on the rent we collect. If we do not collect any rent, there is no charge to you. Association pricing is determined by the size of the association and the services provided.

With over 15 years of property management experience, and 15 years of banking experience, Linda Jones’ reputation for quality service coupled with financial accuracy and discretion, has been proven time and time again.
Linda holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license, a Community Association Manager’s license, and is also licensed to perform online and in person notarizations. She is a former officer of the Lower Keys Rotary Club, the Big Pine and Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce, and the Big Pine Key Civic Association. She advocates for animals whenever possible.
